For nearly 20 years, I've helped clients understand their bodies in simple, practical ways.

Not through overwhelming science lectures. Not through fear-based fitness rules. But through clear explanations, useful metaphors, and small actions they can actually apply.

Over the years, I've written countless notes, handouts, emails, program explanations, and client resources on topics like strength, mobility, recovery, nutrition, back pain, breathwork, longevity, and aging well.

Much of that work has lived quietly in Google Docs, client emails, and private coaching conversations.

This library is my effort to finally organize it.
