The Philosophy
If you have a body, you are an athlete. The FranklyFitness Curriculum is built around a simple belief: movement is a learnable skill, strength is trainable, recovery matters, and small actions compound into extraordinary results over time.
If you have a body, you are an athlete.
Practice, don't just perform.
Small inputs. Massive returns.
Essays & Ideas
Exercises change bodies.
Ideas change behavior.
Explore the principles, stories, and frameworks that power the FranklyFitness Curriculum.
If you have a body, you're an athlete. Most of us have simply forgotten. A reflection on identity, attention, and the practice of remembering who you've always been.
The only machine you truly need to learn how to operate. Race car drivers know their vehicles; most of us drive as commuters. The difference isn't the hardware — it's the software, and software can be upgraded at any age.
A bicycle wheel holds your weight not because its spokes are strong, but because they are held in exactly the right relationship. The human body works the same way — and remarkable change usually comes from one small adjustment in exactly the right place.
In development
Find your starting point. Discover how your movement identity, knowledge, and physical capability can guide what you learn next.
The eventual Athlete Locator will distinguish three dimensions; this is a development direction, not functionality available today.
How you relate to movement and what motivates you.
What you understand about your body and training.
What you can actually demonstrate or measure.
Experimental preview: the current quick questionnaire explores self-reported identity and goals, not measured movement capability.

"No detail is too small."
Frank combines expertise across movement, anatomy, physiology, nutrition, and performance with an uncommon attention to detail. Every session felt like having an intelligent mirror in the room—helping me see and understand things I would never have noticed on my own.
"It can be the position of my foot in relation to my knee during a squat, the angle of my shoulders during a row, or simply remembering to breathe. No detail is too small."

Movement IQ was created to make that kind of understanding accessible beyond one-on-one coaching.
Founding Cohort
Movement IQ is a growing movement literacy curriculum.
Its first offering is a curriculum covering movement, mobility, strength, recovery, and long-term physical capability.
I'm currently inviting a small group of early contributors to help shape what comes next.
